2013 McNeil Cross Country Invitational


Absolutely No Late Entries or Changes will be accepted this year.

Last day to register is by 7:00pm on Monday,


We are pleased to invite your team to the 20th annual McNeil Cross Country Invitational to be held on Saturday,

October 5th at Old Settlers Park in Round Rock, TX. It is our goal to provide your team with an enjoyable and

competitive experience on the best course in the state of Texas. The Old Settlers course has not only been the traditional

site for the UIL State Championships for the past 17 years, but has served as the host site for numerous District

Championships, USATF championships, and local 5 & 10K competitions.


**Boys & Girls will run separate in all divisions EXCEPT the Freshman and Middle School divisions.

**Gold & Varsity Teams are limited to 10 runners per Team; JV & Open FR 2 mile race = Unlimited entries

**You may enter more than 1 team per division (a B-Squad for example), but you must pay

an extra entry fee for that team. Please email Coach Cotten your B-teamroster if you plan to

enter a 2nd Varsity team. You may only enter a 2nd team B C groups

Depending on the number of schools responding and the space limitations, we may limit the number of teams in a

division. This would be determined on a first come, first served basis. As such, we encourage you to submit your

online entries in a timely manner. If the meet is becomes too full, then we will close online entries early.


The cost will be $90.00 per team per division; or $15 per individual entry (NO REFUNDS!)

Jr. High teams will be charged $50 per boys team & $50 per girls team (NO REFUNDS!)

High School Teams will need to enter their runners online at the following website:

Online entries on will begin in July and will close on (TUESDAY) October 1st at 7pm.

ABSOLUTELY NO LATE ENTRIES OR CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED after TUESDAY. For, you simply select which runners on your roster will divisions will be listed. Since

the meet is chip driven, there is no need to register for a specific division. The chip will place your runner in their

division as they cross the finish line for their particular race. Please run in your proper division.

Teams that are no-shows will be charged for their number of entries. If your team registers on anddoes not show up, then your athletic office will receive a bill for the number of runners you entered. If you do not planto run, then please do not registerthanks!!!


Junior High Teams:

 Please mail in your payment or bring it to the meet. You will check in the day of the meet at

the registration table. There will be NO TEAM SCORING for the MS race. This is just an open 2 mile race for

the first 150 boys and 150 girls that enterLIMIT 10 Runners per TEAM per gender (10 boys and/or 10 girls

from each school). Please do NOT register online. All you need to do is show up and check in at the registration

table. This race is not open to the general public. You must represent your middle school.
